Sara started her career at NovoH2o in 2011, bringing with her a financial background. Under the guidance of former owner Mark, Sara learned about the inner workings of the business. After gaining 11 years of experience, she developed a passion for a healthy lifestyle and a desire to give back to her community. She partnered with Angus to form a dynamic team, combining their skills and expertise to take the business to new heights. Their efforts paid off, and they successfully purchased the business. Today, Sara is a well-respected figure in the water industry, and her contributions to the field are recognised by her peers. She continues to lead the company with dedication and a commitment to excellence.

At Novo Water, caring for our natural environment is an important part of how we do business. We continually seek practical ways to reduce waste, use resources responsibly and make considered decisions across our operations.
For 2025–2026, Novo Water permanently surrendered carbon credits from the Upper Awa Hydro Power Project in Himachal Pradesh, India. This run-of-the-river project uses flowing river water to generate renewable electricity. The credits were issued under Verra’s Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) as Verified Carbon Units (VCUs). Each VCU represents one tonne of carbon dioxide equivalent reduced or removed. Their surrender forms part of Novo Water’s environmental efforts for the 2025–2026 reporting period.
