NovoH2O sources its premium spring water exclusively from the Peats Ridge area in the New South Wales Central Highlands. The area’s sandstone bedrock provides a fine natural filtration system producing high-quality spring water. The abundant rainfall seeps down through the sandstone, gradually absorbing minerals and trace elements from the rock layers.

At the source, the bottled spring water goes through a simple filtration process to remove any sand or sediment from the springs before entering food safety approved stainless steel tankers. The tankers are then driven to our Sydney bottling facility at Homebush where the spring water goes through a final filtration process before being bottled and capped for delivery across Sydney. We have a range of spring water coolers for you to choose from. We have a wide range of water coolers available for hire or purchase.
