NovoH2O offers a free regular delivery service across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area. Our delivery area spans from Camden in the South West, to Richmond in the North West across to Palm Beach in the North East and down to Engadine in the South East.
When you join our bottled water service, one of our friendly drivers will install your bottled water cooler and bottles at your home, office or factory within a week of your order.
You will be provided with a Delivery Calendar confirming the delivery dates to your location. Download the Delivery Calendar below.
At NovoH2O, we provide regular spring water delivery direct to your door. Our delivery service is free and includes installation, cooler servicing, regular delivery and the ability to respond to any ordering or maintenance requests.
Under our top-up delivery service, one of our drivers will visit your location automatically on the dates set out in the Delivery Calendar. Please leave your empty bottles out for replacement. Alternatively, you may request more or fewer bottles than your current number.

To become a valued NovoH2O spring water delivery customer, please place a minimum order of one cooler rental or purchase a dispenser.
To place ongoing orders you can fill out our 'Order more water' online form, email customerservice@novoh2o.com.au or call us on 02 9764 2444. Our business hours are 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday through Friday.
Simply call in prior to the delivery dates set out on the delivery calendar with your order. Orders placed up to 2.00pm the day prior will have delivery assured.
Complete the online purchase form to confirm your order. Over the phone credit card transactions are welcome and there are no surcharges on any of our products.
You will be placed on a fortnightly delivery schedule. A customer service manager will notify you of your delivery date following confirmation of your payment.
If you require additional water during our fortnightly service you can contact our team.
Please note: delivery runs may change to monthly during the winter period.
Please have your empty spring water bottles ready for collection. Your dedicated NovoH2O delivery driver will replace the empty bottles or deliver the amount of bottles you require.
