NovoH2O sources its high quality bottled spring water, for example, our popular 15 litre bottle, exclusively from the Peats Ridge area in the NewSouth Wales Central Highlands. The area’s sandstone bedrock provides a fine natural filtration system producing high-quality spring water. The abundant rainfall seeps down through the sandstone, gradually absorbing minerals and trace elements from the rock layers.

At the source, the bottled spring water goes through a simple filtration process to remove any sand or sediment from the springs before entering food safety approved stainless steel tankers. The tankers are then driven to our Sydney bottling facility at Homebush where the spring water goes through a final filtration process before being bottled and capped for delivery across Sydney.
